About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Development Manager to provide technical leadership and supervision for civil project design teams.

  • Provide process plant platform, access road, drainage, and associated infrastructure design knowledge while working on deliverables.
  • Prepare, review, and sign off on layouts and detail drawings in line with project requirements.
  • Deliver design drafting according to required project time-frames and standards by coordinating and supervising project members, reviewing deliverables, and preparing design and detail drawings in line with requirements.
  • Overcome design/schedule issues by maintaining an overview of activity, regularly communicating with the Lead Civil Engineer, and addressing issues in a timely manner.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in Earthworks, Roadworks, and Drainage design in a relevant industry, e.g. mining, mineral processing, materials handling, and heavy industrial.
  • Advanced diploma or equivalent in Engineering is desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead, with prior experience leading Civil project design teams.
  • Extensive experience in Civil 3D, or 12D, and AutoCAD is a must.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Commitment to mentoring and coaching of personnel.
