Key Leadership Position

The successful candidate will provide senior leadership and oversight across business services, information management, and infrastructure portfolio management functions.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead diverse teams in strategic program delivery, focusing on effective collaboration and communication.
  • Oversee complex project scheduling, asset management, and budget optimization for a large-scale infrastructure portfolio.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and business cases for senior executives and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Drive governance and auditing processes to ensure compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Implement project management principles into high-volume programs, promoting continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with government agencies and external partners, fostering a collaborative environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Significant experience leading business and corporate services teams in construction or project delivery environments.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure development, asset management, financial planning, procurement, and lifecycle maintenance programs.
  • Exceptional communication, consultation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage complex information systems, governance frameworks, and organizational reporting requirements.
