We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for a 6-month fixed term, working part-time (3 days per week, with flexibility as to days worked).

The Regional Village & Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Regional Manager across Village and Sales Operations. The role provides administrative support to enable the maximisation of business operations as a whole and achievement of the business strategy to ensure ongoing quality of life for all residents.

**Duties will include**:

- Being responsible for the administration and coordination of village Quarterly Finance Meetings, village budget meetings and AGM's as instructed Business Finance Partner and Regional Manager
- Support the high quality customer-first approach to service delivery throughout the Villages
- Assist the Sales and Settlement Coordinator when required with the preparation of settlement documentation
- Monitor and report on monthly customer feedback data and identify common themes

**About you**:

- At least two to five years' experience in a similar position or in Village administration and/or relevant vocational training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Working knowledge of relevant Retirement Village and related legislation and standards
