As an Occupational Therapist in our multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in delivering impactful Allied Health services to participants across Australia.
- Manage a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest and expertise.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments across various functions, including emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical.
- Develop individualized therapy goals and interventions grounded in evidence-based practices.
- Provide expert advice on environmental modifications for homes, schools, workplaces, and residential settings.
- Recommend and facilitate Assistive Technology (AT) solutions to enhance independence.
- Maintain compliance with current legislation and NDIS guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively within a supportive team environment.
- Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with a client-centered approach and a passion for innovation.
- A genuine enthusiasm for working in the disability and community sector.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or adult caseloads.
