About the Job
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented park environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on park accommodations and facilities.
  • Oversee general grounds upkeep, including landscaping and irrigation.
  • Manage daily operations and respond to after-hours callouts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and oversee guest check-ins and arrivals.
  • Contribute to financial management and budget planning.
  • Inspire and support the team to achieve their goals.
About You

We are seeking a motivated individual who can take charge of park operations in the manager's absence and contribute to the park's smooth operation.

  • Hold proven experience in hospitality or accommodation management.
  • Have solid people leadership skills, focusing on training and development.
  • Be familiar with grounds keeping and building maintenance tasks.
  • Bring a strong background in financial management and budget oversight.
  • Be tech-savvy, especially with RMS systems.
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a customer-centric approach.
  • Be flexible and available for weekend and after-hours shifts.
  • Prior experience with pool maintenance is beneficial.
