We have a number of ecologies on site so your days will be varied and there is opportunity for continued growth and progression due to the diversity of the flora and fauna that we have on site.
**A little bit about us**: Nestled on fifty acres of absolute beach front paradise, Elements of Byron is an award-winning resort offering luxury accommodation options, world-class resort facilities and unforgettable experiences. Barefoot luxury at every step.
To work with us as a gardener you need to be reliable, punctual, enthusiastic and enjoy working outdoors. You must be committed to ensuring our gardens and grounds meet the high standards of presentation and attention to detail that we expect, and our guests experience during their stay.
The core hours are Monday to Friday, however there may be weekend work as required along with working on public holidays, but you will have a set roster with two days off together. All equipment and your uniform is provided.
**Requirements**:
- Current drivers licence (manual) essential, truck licence desirable
- Well presented and physically fit
- Commitment to longer term employment
- Available to work Mon-Fri
- Strong work ethic
- Qualifications and / or demonstrated experience & interest in horticulture and landscaping
**Experience is essential in the following areas**:
- Weed Identification & control (includes spraying)
- Whipper snipping, pruning, mowing, mulching, planting, lawn care
