Responsibilities
  • Advocate for the rights, dignity, and equality of service users
  • Implement and review tailored support plans
  • Built strong relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years' experience supporting participants with complex care needs
  • A passion for human rights and driving positive change
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening and responding to customer needs
  • A willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements
