About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team in Queensland. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing direct staff and subcontractors to achieve optimum production and cost outcomes.

You will be expected to maintain a healthy and safe work environment, commit to environmental and sustainability requirements, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Supervise and mentor direct staff and subcontractors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years' experience as a Construction Supervisor or equivalent role in the construction industry.
  • Proven ability to drive and deliver successful projects.
  • Demonstrable understanding of safety, health, and environment best practice.
  • Solid communication and management skills.
