Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Site Supervisor to join our team at Endeavour Foundation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our SDA homes, ensuring a high quality of service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise site operations and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Lead a team of support workers, providing supervision, training, and onsite support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage operating expenditure in line with budget and ensure financial performance of the home service sites.
  • Ensure team member awareness of individual requirements and provide support aligned to person-centred plans, goals, and requirements.
  • Deliver and encourage accurate documentation of all activities to ensure an accurate audit trail and maintenance of progress notes.

Requirements

  • Experience in supervising site operations and delivering services aligned with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Proven experience in supervising a high-performing team of staff.
  • Experience in managing SIL environments and the Disability sector, with a focus on complex behaviours, disabilities, and mental health.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them using a logical and systematic approach.
  • A minimum Certificate III in Disability and/or Certificate III in Individual Support, or significant proven experience in the community services sector.
