About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at JV Recruitment. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medium-density construction projects in Melbourne's West.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including leading and managing a team of qualified subcontractors.
  • Ensure that client contracts, schedules, and plans are completed on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with trades, labour, and supply-chain to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Comply with all OHS/WHS regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the construction industry, with a track record of managing volume or multi-story development projects.
  • Strong customer-focused and people-savvy ability, with a proven record of managing projects effectively.
  • Ability to bring trades to the company, if needed.
  • Proven OHS capabilities, including managing day-to-day safety on-site.
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
