We are seeking a skilled Supervisor with construction experience to join our QLD Operations team. This site-based role will involve managing direct staff and subcontractors to achieve optimum production and cost outcomes, while maintaining a healthy and safe work environment and adhering to environmental and sustainability requirements.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and delivering successful projects, with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams. They will have a strong understanding of safety, health, and environment best practices, as well as solid communication and management skills.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • Minimum of five years' experience as a Supervisor with finishes experience on commercial construction projects
  • Proven ability to drive and deliver successful projects
  • Demonstrable understanding of safety, health, and environment best practice
  • Solid communication and management skills
