Daily Responsibilities- Establish strong relationships with customers through proactive front-line support via live chat, email, and phone.
- Collaborate closely with customers from initial engagement to funding education fees, resolving issues and explaining solutions in clear terms.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product and present it to customers in a concise manner.
- Interact with other teams to continually enhance the service and product offerings.
- Experience in finance, payments, or education sectors.
- Exposure to regulated consumer credit environments.
- Basic knowledge of interest and payment calculations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient approach when engaging with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Capacity to remain calm under pressure.
