Customer Experience Professional

We are looking for a professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences and work within a culture built on the card issuers values. This role is responsible for delivering seamless member experiences by working with customers, resolving issues and ensuring they have a positive interaction.
The successful candidate will be results driven and focused on continuing to improve. They will have excellent phone manner and verbal communication skills, strong written communication skills and a high attention to detail.
