**The Position:**

We are seeking a skilled grounds maintenance professional to join our team, located at Melbourne, Australia. This role involves providing grounds and gardening maintenance services to look after the front/rear yards and common areas.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain and implement scheduled grounds maintenance and presentation of the gardens, including pruning, hedging, weeding, propagating, fertilising, and watering.

- Provide backup maintenance service during the absence of the maintenance officer.

**Requirements:**

- An interest in pruning, weeding, hedging, minor paving repairs, tree management, planting, transplanting, and propagating plants.

- Physical fitness to operate garden machinery, work from a ladder, and perform pole extension work for extended periods.

- Enjoy physical, hands-on work and being outdoors.

- Experienced and self-driven individual who works well autonomously, under pressure, and meets deadlines.

- Reliable and personable ensuring a positive experience for our residents.

- Ability to pass a National Police Check.
