Job Title: Horticulturalist/Grounds Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled Horticulturalist/Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have the ability to maintain beautiful and healthy grounds while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain grounds through gardening, pruning, and other horticultural activities
  • Operate power garden tools, hand power tools, and ride-on mowers safely and efficiently
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in horticulture or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
