Grounds Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced grounds person to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. Our organization has a reputation for delivering exceptional results based on an approach that anything is possible.

**Job Responsibilities:**
- Operate maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers safely and efficiently.
- Perform tasks including weeding, trimming, mowing, edging, pruning hedges and shrubs, and other general maintenance duties.
- Conduct daily inspections of walkways and fix any issues promptly.
- Maintain the landscaping design and ensure plant growth through regular care and upkeep.
- Work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Possess strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.
- General handyman tasks as required.
**Requirements:**
- Manual driver's license (Essential)
- Chemical User Certificate, ACUP, or relevant training
- Machinery tickets if using machinery
- Valid Police Check (within 12 months)
