Grounds Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team. This role involves performing a range of landscaping services, including mowing, edging, sweeping, blowing, pruning, hedge and tree trimming, and weed control.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for garden refreshing, woodchip mulching, new plant installation, external pressure washing, and removal of garden waste to authorized waste transfer stations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining grounds and facilities to a high standard
- Performing regular landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, and pruning
- Ensuring job updates are provided following proactive groundkeeping maintenance and repairs
Applicants should have previous experience in grounds landscaping maintenance, a valid driver's license with a good driving record, experience using ride-on mowers, and the ability to multitask work with limited supervision.
They must also possess high standards of integrity, reliability, exceptional interpersonal communication skills, and customer service skills.
