Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically capable individual to join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Specialist. This role involves assisting with various tasks related to gardening and landscaping, operating heavy machinery, and ensuring the maintenance of work areas.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Grounds Maintenance: Assist with daily grounds maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, and mulching. Ensure that all work areas are clean and organized.
  • Operate Heavy Machinery: Operate water trucks to transport and distribute water for various operations. Ensure that all equipment is used safely and effectively under supervision.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from vehicles. Ensure that all materials are properly secured during transportation.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred. We encourage candidates who have worked in a similar environment and have the necessary skills and qualifications.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Valid Driver's license and MR or HR Rigid license are required.
  • Work Ethic and Teamwork: Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
