As a seasoned Technical Account Specialist, you will serve as a trusted advisor for our customers, driving their success and growth through technical innovation.

This role is ideal for individuals with 2+ years of experience in technical account management, customer support or solution consulting, preferably in SaaS, IoT, or industrial IoT. You should have a strong understanding of IoT architecture, connectivity technologies, and solutions, as well as experience working with the construction equipment industry.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving customer success through technical expertise and solution design
  • Collaborating with sales and customer success teams to identify key use cases and validate their technical feasibility
  • Leading discovery workshops to identify customer needs and define technical vision and solution architecture

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with product management to provide feedback, suggest enhancements and validate new features.
