We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to join our team in the role of Technical Accounting Specialist.

About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has expertise in financial reporting and technical accounting. Our ideal candidate will have experience applying accounting principles under multiple frameworks (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP).

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the preparation of annual financial statements and disclosures, managing external audits, and ensuring internal control compliance.

They will work closely with various stakeholders, including FP&A, Legal, Tax, and Operations, on accounting matters and special initiatives.

  • Support the preparation of annual financial statements and disclosures
  • Manage external audit processes, including timely coordination of audit requests
  • Ensure internal control compliance
  • Lead research and documentation of complex accounting issues
  • Draft, maintain, and update accounting policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, the Technical Accounting Specialist will be responsible for:

- Preparing accurate and timely financial statements and disclosures

- Coordinating external audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

- Developing and implementing effective internal controls

- Providing expert advice on complex accounting issues

- Maintaining and updating accounting policies and procedures
