  • As a Technical Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Group Financial Controller in navigating technical accounting, financial reporting compliance, and global tax considerations.
">Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert guidance on complex transactions, including business combinations, impairment assessments, share-based payments, earnings per share, and revenue recognition.

  2. Maintain and update accounting policies to ensure alignment with current IFRS and regulatory requirements.

  3. Monitor emerging changes in accounting standards and global tax regulations, assessing their impact and recommending practical implementation strategies.

  4. Drive Direct and Indirect tax and Transfer pricing strategies to maximise value.

  5. Assist with statutory financial statements and audit deliverables as required.

  6. Support report preparation and presentation for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in financial accounting roles, including technical accounting or controllership.
