
Effective Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a dedicated Office Coordinator. This role requires a highly organized and motivated candidate who excels at coordinating information and people.
The primary responsibility of this position is to create, edit, compile, and proofread documents including correspondence, meeting minutes, notices of meetings, and manuals. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills (50+ wpm) and working knowledge of computer systems, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
This role also involves managing administrative processes, tracking completion dates, and following precise procedures. The successful candidate will possess exceptional grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail. Additionally, they will be able to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative.
In this role, you will support Property Managers with accurate documentation while providing clear, consistent communication to effectively assist clients. You will maintain great client relationships by handling questions, concerns, and emergencies with speed and professionalism. Other key responsibilities include preparing Strata Property Act forms, maintaining and updating documents on various websites, and participating in daily or weekly touchpoints with team members.
