The Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Property Manager to take full ownership of their own commercial portfolio, establish and grow the property management division, drive financial performance, and provide trusted advisory services to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an industrial/commercial property portfolio end-to-end
  • Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, budgets, and financial reporting
  • Drive business development, proposals, and landlord engagement
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, WHS, and tenancy requirements
  • Lead tenant onboarding, inspections, and maintenance coordination
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in commercial property management (industrial portfolio experience essential)
  • Strong financial acumen (budgets, P&L, forecasting)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Sound knowledge of compliance and lease structures
  • Proficiency with property management software (Cirrus8, Re-Leased, or similar apps)
  • Current real estate license, driver's license, and reliable vehicle
  • Leadership qualities – ability to inspire, mentor, and grow a team
