Senior Commercial Property Manager Job Summary
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to oversee a diverse and high-quality portfolio, partnering with some of the industry's most well-known clients. As a senior commercial property manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders
Oversee lease administration, rent reviews, renewals, and arrears management
Coordinate maintenance, compliance, and contractor management across the portfolio
Prepare financial reports and budgets providing strategic advice to clients
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in commercial property management at senior or leadership level preferred
Strong knowledge of lease administration, property legislation, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License
