**Job Title:** Senior Director Portfolio Coordination Office
About the RoleWe're seeking a senior leader to head our Portfolio Coordination Office. As Senior Director, you'll drive portfolio governance, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement to support delivery of our strategic plan.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Lead portfolio management coordination and reporting for our infrastructure delivery program.
- Develop and implement portfolio controls, systems, and frameworks to assure quality outcomes.
- Coordinate governance and stakeholder engagement across government and industry partners.
- Prepare submissions to government, including delivery program reporting, investment proposals, and capital appropriation.
- Exceptional people leadership skills - inspire and guide high-performing teams.
- Strategic decision-making abilities - make insightful choices that shape outcomes.
- Influential communication skills - engage and advocate with clarity and impact.
