We offer expertise in novated leasing, salary packaging, Fringe Benefits Tax administration and management, operating leases, asset management for 'tool of trade' vehicles and other business assets, retail finance, insurance, and warranty.

In this role within Maxxia, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients and generating leads to create sales opportunities from within those clients.

You will build and maintain relationships with clients, run onsite activations, and help promote the Maxxia brand.

We will provide all necessary training and support to ensure your success in promoting and selling our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, not-for-profit, government, and health clients.
  • Run successful onsite initiatives to enhance employee participation in salary packaging benefits.
  • Execute engagement plans with clients across multiple employer sites to facilitate product education via various channels.
  • Provide exceptional support to key client stakeholders and be available to address queries.

Your Success Factors:

  • You are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • You possess excellent planning, scheduling, and forecasting skills.
  • You have the ability to think creatively and apply initiative when solving problems.
  • You hold a full driver's license.
