Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess occupational therapy needs and design tailored programs for aged care clients within the community.
  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions under Aged Care Funding.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy services and programs.

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration and a degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer literacy and willing to utilize required software to facilitate remote work.
