  • Serving and distributing patient/visitor meals and refreshments is a key aspect of this role, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • The Patient Service Assistant will arrange patient transport from Dialysis treatment, ensuring that patients are safely and efficiently moved to their destinations.">
  • Restocking consumables in the stock room and trolley/s as required is also a critical responsibility, requiring attention to detail and organizational skills.">
  • Monitoring consumable stores and ordering stock as needed ensures that our organization always has the necessary supplies on hand to provide excellent patient care.">
  • Confirming delivery of stock, checking inventory, and documentation ensures accuracy and efficiency in our supply chain management.">
  • Performing stocktake when requested provides our organization with up-to-date information on inventory levels, allowing us to make informed decisions about purchasing and stocking.">
  • Maintaining Clinic Manager database requires strong analytical and technical skills, as well as attention to detail.">
  • Eliminating linen, rubbish, and contaminated waste is essential for maintaining a clean and healthy environment, both for patients and staff.">
  • Ordering and packing away linen ensures that we have the necessary supplies to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.">
  • Assisting in the collection of blood samples by pathology lab requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.">
  • Participating in Quality Improvements activities as required demonstrates our organization's commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.">

Requirements and Qualifications:
