About the Role
This position is a key part of our organization's commitment to supporting vulnerable children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality casework services in collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving service quality and outcomes.
- Provide coaching, support, and training to staff members.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in assessment and intervention techniques for working with children and families at risk.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and policies, including the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005.
- Highly developed skills in risk assessment, need analysis, and safety planning.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and written skills.
