Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in health promotion, youth work, community development, or a related field
  • Experience engaging young people and coordinating events or programs
  • Knowledge of the mental health sector and youth-related issues
  • A strong understanding of working with diverse communities
  • Excellent communication and partnership-building skills
  • Confidence using social media and digital tools to promote services
