About the Role

The Bell Attendant - Bell Desk is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify guest arrival and departure details and arrange luggage handling and transportation as requested.
  • Direct guests and visitors to hotel facilities and provide clear directions.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel and room facilities.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from rooms on arrival and departure.
  • Log vehicle license numbers and types on luggage tags for future reference.
  • Assist guests with luggage storage, ensuring proper handling, storage, security, and procedures are followed.
  • Transport guest luggage to rooms in an efficient manner.
  • Direct traffic in the hotel driveway.
  • Familiarize yourself with hotel products and services, policies, and promotions.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of the local area.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Previous experience in a five-star hotel is desired.
