Key Responsibilities

  • Verify guest arrival and departure details, and arrange luggage handling and transportation as needed
  • Direct guests and visitors to hotel facilities, providing clear and concise directions
  • Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel facilities and amenities
  • Transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring efficient and secure handling
  • Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, adhering to hotel procedures and security protocols
  • Direct traffic in the hotel driveway, ensuring a safe and smooth flow of guests and vehicles

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of the local area and hotel facilities
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Current NSW Driver's License
  • Previous experience in a five-star hotel environment is desired
