About the Role
The Bell Attendant is a key member of our Guest Services team, responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. As a Bell Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming greeting and assisting with luggage handling and transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify guest arrival and departure details, and arrange luggage handling and transportation as needed
- Direct guests and visitors to hotel facilities, providing clear and concise directions
- Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel facilities and amenities
- Transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring efficient and secure handling
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, adhering to hotel procedures and security protocols
- Direct traffic in the hotel driveway, ensuring a safe and smooth flow of guests and vehicles
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of the local area and hotel facilities
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Current NSW Driver's License
- Previous experience in a five-star hotel environment is desired
