The Role

The Bell Desk Supervisor assists the Front Office Management in the smooth and efficient operation of the Bell Desk division, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by the hotel. Assists in the on-boarding, training and development of all Bell Attendants and provides oversight of the daily operations of the Bell Desk.

Talent Profile

Prior experience in a similar role/capacity is ideal
Full Drivers license
Customer service experience
Basic computer skills
Good spoken English
Valid working rights in Australia
