Senior Legal Professional – Aboriginal Community Services

We are seeking a highly qualified legal professional to lead the delivery of high-quality, culturally safe, and client-focused legal services across metropolitan or regional Victoria.
The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and supervising lawyers and support staff, ensuring compliance with legal, professional, and accreditation requirements, and developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Mentor and supervise lawyers and support staff to deliver exceptional legal services.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve organisational objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and partnership.
To qualify, you will need to be a qualified legal practitioner holding an unrestricted Victorian Practising Certificate (or eligible to hold). You will also require a Victorian Working with Children Check and a National Police Check. A minimum of four years' experience at a senior level in family law, family violence law, child protection, or victims of crime assistance is essential.
