About the Role
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise lawyers and support staff
  • Foster a culturally safe service culture across the team
  • Manage complex or sensitive matters as required
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Oversee service planning, evaluation, and reporting
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support law reform initiatives
  • Contribute to workforce development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of four years' experience at a senior level in family law, family violence law, child protection, or victims of crime assistance
  • An unrestricted Victorian Practising Certificate (or eligible to hold)
  • A Victorian Working with Children Check and National Police Check
