Early Childhood Education Lead Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our early childhood education program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality educational experiences and making a real difference in the lives of young children.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of all children, leading a team of educators, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children in their care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Lead a team of educators, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent Bachelor's degree
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • First aid certification (including asthma and anaphylactic training)
  • A strong commitment to fostering growth and development in young minds
