We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to lead our team in delivering exceptional educational programs.

Job Description

As a Lead Educator, you will have the opportunity to shape the learning experiences of children during their critical developmental years. You will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive environment that fosters growth and development in all children.

You will work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every learning experience is tailored to meet the individual needs of each child.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
