Room Leader Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to lead one of our rooms.

  • As a Room Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational program and ensuring high-quality care for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote learning and development in children from birth to 6 years old.
  • Supervise and support a team of educators to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to deliver high-quality care.
  • Foster positive relationships with families and the community through regular communication and events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma in Early Years Education or School Aged Care.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in early years or OSHC.
  • Must be accredited by NESA or awaiting accreditation.
  • Working with Children Check, First Aid + CPR (or willing to obtain).
