Lead Educator Opportunity

This Lead Educator role is a key position in assisting our Coordinator with daily operations, supporting educators, and overseeing programs to meet all regulatory requirements.

As a passionate and dedicated professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring program quality and implementing educational activities that foster children’s development.
  • Maintaining compliance with National Regulations and standards.
  • Supporting the Coordinator in leading the team and making strategic decisions.
  • Designing programs that align with the ‘My Time Our Place’ framework and promote children’s engagement.
  • Developing positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork.

Key Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in OSHC or Childcare, preferably with leadership roles.
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services or OOSH (desired).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support colleagues.
  • Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
