Lead Educator Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Educator to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality, inclusive learning programs.

About the Role:

This position involves leading and mentoring educators to achieve excellence in education and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of children. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure strong professional relationships and maintain health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
