Concierge Attendant Role

We are seeking friendly and reliable team members to support our car park, concierge and valet services across various locations.

This seasonal casual role offers a great opportunity to be part of the festive season and provides flexibility during our busiest time of the year.

About the Role

As a Concierge Attendant, you will be the welcoming face of our centre, creating memorable moments for customers and leaving a lasting impression.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Welcome guests at the concierge desk and assist with their needs
  • Provide directions, information and helpful solutions
  • Promote and sell Westfield Gift Cards and other services

You will work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to provide a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing assistance to customers in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Supporting the concierge team during peak periods
  • Contributing to a positive and engaging customer environment
Requirements
  • Candidate should possess excellent communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team-based environment
  • Flexible availability for shifts from September to February
