Key Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our Concierge team. This includes supervising and supporting team members, monitoring their performance and standards, and ensuring that suitable employee levels are maintained at all times.

Additional Responsibilities:

">

You will be responsible for co-ordinating guest transportation to and from the airport, ensuring accurate accounting procedures are followed in the charging of transfers. You will also need to be proficient in the use of all front and back office equipment and ensure preventative maintenance programs are in place.

Appraisal and Development:

">

One of your key responsibilities will be to appraise team member performance utilising the Accor performance review system, ensuring frontline performance reviews are conducted for probationary and annual reviews. You will also need to correct performance issues and counsel as required.

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous leadership experience in Front Office, Concierge or similar roles. You will also need to hold full working rights within Australia and have knowledge of Opera Cloud system is preferred.
