Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced senior mechanical engineer to lead and manage our team of engineers and designers in the development of complex mechanical systems.

This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical design principles and practices, with experience in designing for complex systems such as UAVs, aircraft, robotics, or automotive platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of engineers and designers to develop complex mechanical systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with electronics, avionics, and composite structures.
  • Drive design reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement practices across the team.
  • Maintain a hands-on presence when needed—supporting prototyping, fault-finding, and system testing.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical design for complex systems, demonstrated leadership or team management experience in an engineering environment, and strong proficiency in SolidWorks (or similar CAD tools) for 3D modeling and mechanical systems design.

Aerospace Background Desired:
