Are you a creative and driven individual with a passion for interior design? We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of luxury residential and commercial projects. Job Description:Our ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to develop and implement interior design concepts, lead design presentations, and coordinate project documentation from design development to delivery.Key Responsibilities:
  • Interior Design Concept Development: Develop and implement interior design concepts that reflect the client's vision and aesthetic preferences.
  • Design Presentations: Lead design presentations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to communicate design intent and solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage project documentation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to design standards.
  • Drawing and Visualisation: Produce high-quality drawings and visuals using ArchiCAD and Twinmotion software.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with architects, consultants, and suppliers to ensure design intent is maintained and client expectations are met.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in interior design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design capability and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Adobe Suite, and rendering software (Twinmotion preferred).
  • Excellent communication, client liaison, and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
