About this role:
We're looking for an experienced leader to manage our workspaces and deliver exceptional experiences to our members.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our workspaces run smoothly and efficiently, while also fostering a vibrant and connected community.
Your day-to-day will involve leading daily operations, managing your team, and being the primary point of contact for members.
You will work closely with our customer experience team to deliver engaging events and community experiences.
Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking retention and occupancy metrics, leading renewal conversations, and supporting the sales team with workspace tours.
This is a leadership role that requires strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has experience in a similar leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations, including workspace, café, serviced meeting spaces, and events.
- Manage and mentor your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Be the primary point of contact for members, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with the customer experience team to deliver engaging events and community experiences.
- Track retention and occupancy metrics, lead renewal conversations, and support the sales team with workspace tours.
Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in a customer-facing environment, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
