Compassionate Care Associate

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Compassionate Care Associates to deliver high-standard care and support to our residents at residential aged care homes.

About the Role:

The successful candidates will provide competent personal care, support, and assistance to all residents under the guidance of the senior clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality personal care and support to residents, ensuring their dignity and independence.
  • Assist with meal delivery and refreshments as required.
  • Record observations on assessment charts and document any exceptions to the care plan.
  • Check residents' daily menu requirements.
  • Perform general ward duties delegated by the Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
Requirements:
  • Current National Police Certificate.
  • NDIS check.
  • Relevant Certificate III Qualification in Aged Care or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
