About Your Responsibilities- Implement current best practice therapeutic interventions and program guidelines.

As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in therapeutic care and support.
Your Skills and Experience- A strong understanding of trauma-informed practices and ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the needs of young people.
- A minimum Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent qualification is required.
