Job Opportunity: Personal Care Support

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Carer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The successful applicant will be responsible for providing daily living assistance, including showering, personal hygiene, and helping with meal times.
  • They will also be required to support clients with community-based recreational and social activities.
  • Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments will also be a key aspect of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide daily living assistance in accordance with individualised care plans.
  2. Support clients with mobility and daily tasks.
  3. Accompany clients on outings and assist with shopping and appointments.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or an equivalent qualification is essential.
  • Experience working with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops, is highly desirable.
  • The successful applicant must be willing to undergo relevant probity checks and hold a current NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
