About the Role

You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients as a Personal Support Worker. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing premium support experiences to our clients that are genuine, compassionate, and personalized.
  • Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport, and companionship.
  • Delivering support in accordance with the client's care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse).
  • Meeting the safety needs of the client and using equipment safely and properly.
  • Completing records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Cert III in either Aged Care, Community, Individual Support, or Disability, or extensive industry experience.
  • National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector).
  • Working With Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion.
  • NDIS Clearance.
