Driving Environmental Sustainability and Mitigating Risk

A key role exists within our organization to spearhead risk management initiatives with a focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters and Reputational Risks.

This senior position will lead stewardship and advisory activities across Australia and New Zealand, drawing on expertise in ESG and Reputational Risks.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in senior risk or compliance roles, particularly in ESG related areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing climate risk programs and leading governance and risk management workstreams
  • Developing and implementing human rights risk assessments and controls
  • Enhancing reputational risk frameworks

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
  • In-depth understanding of banking and financial services regulations
  • Knowledge of regulatory changes and their impacts on businesses
  • Ability to articulate business implications of analysis and findings
